Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India, covering 500+ pin codes. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 Cities: 4–6 business days
• Rural Areas: 6–10 business days

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the next business day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499
• Express Shipping: ₹99 (delivery within 1–2 business days, metro cities only)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

5. Undelivered Orders

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed.
